Katelyn Jerles
Founder
Katelyn strives to help others become the best version of themselves and develop professionally. As a trained and certified career counselor, she prides herself on her ability to translate experiences to deliverables, helping clients achieve their career goals. Katelyn focuses with her clients on progressing to the next step, if we can focus on small, incremental goals we will continue to get closer and closer to your ultimate career goals. In her career, she has served both employers and job seekers at the University of Florida. Currently, Katelyn is a corporate director of recruiting. In her previous roles Katelyn has worked in human resources, higher education career counseling, and in the non-profit sector serving individuals with disabilities. Katelyn's current areas of focus include experienced and C-Suite professionals, in business and healthcare industries.

Sara Jay
Founder
Sara believes that each client knows themselves best, even if they don’t recognize it at the time. She is a certified master of career services and career development instructor who focuses on helping clients identify their strengths, value-add, and interests. Sara works with clients to articulate their potential and confidently achieve their career goals. She works at the University of Florida, providing career development to job seekers through every step of their journey. She has previous experience working at a non-profit organization and with employers, understanding hiring from the employer’s perspective. Sara’s areas of focus and interest currently include the racial and gender wage gap, salary negotiation, and recruitment best practices.

Career Transition Consultant
Corey joins Career Productions with a unique blend of career services and professional recruiting experience. Born and raised in Plantation, FL, he currently lives in Jacksonville, FL and works for a Fortune 100 company where he recruits for a wide variety of job profiles. Outside of work, despite his red hair and fair skin, you can find him outdoors teeing it up on the golf course, or unsuccessfully trying to imitate Roger Federer on the tennis court.
